Dr.Cho is one of the principal contributors of the Early Literacy Assessment Systems document developed by Michigan Assessment Consortium (MAC).

MAC in partnership with the Michigan Department of Education to create a guideline that supports districts in developing, implementing, and supporting assessment systems that support early literacy.
